we ship with care — because your order deserves to arrive right.

processing time  
all orders are processed within 3–5 business days. our candles are hand-poured in small batches, so we take the time to make sure everything is packed properly before it heads your way. orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

domestic shipping (united states)  
we ship via USPS. once your order leaves our hands, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days depending on your location. you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

standard shipping: $8.00  
free standard shipping on orders over $70  
express shipping: $15.00

lost or stolen packages  
once a package is marked as delivered by usps, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. if you believe your package is missing, we recommend contacting your local post office first. if you still need help, reach out — we’ll do our best to assist.
