returns + exchanges
we keep things simple around here.
because everything is hand-poured and made in small batches, we’re not able to accept returns on candles that have been used or opened. all sales are final once a candle has been burned.
if your order arrives damaged:
we’ve got you. please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we’ll replace it or issue a refund.
if you received the wrong item:
we’ll make it right — no questions asked.
for unopened candles:
we accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. items must be unused and in their original condition. customers are responsible for return shipping.
sale items:
all discounted or sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
